What You Will Do:
- Set and communicate enterprise-wide digital adoption plans aligned to organisational priorities and workforce capability needs.
- Lead the design and execution of human-centred adoption strategies, incorporating user research, journey mapping, and behavioural insights.
- Act as a trusted adviser to senior executives on adoption risks, benefits realisation, and strategic investment decisions.
- Establish and govern adoption frameworks, standards, and playbooks to ensure consistent delivery across the digital lifecycle.
- Build and lead high-performing multidisciplinary teams and communities of practice to foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
- Extensive senior leadership experience driving large-scale digital or organisational change initiatives.
- Deep expertise in human-centred design, change management, and digital adoption methodologies.
- Proven ability to influence executive-level stakeholders and mobilise diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication, judgement, and strategic thinking skills within complex operating environments.
- A strong understanding of government operating environments, including relevant constraints and risk settings.
